Swift Investigations
What do you think is the purpose of this?
Yea right Gangster
When I did so, I was billed $11,800 to pull the boat from Port Royale Marina. It wouldn't cost that much to pull it from Arizona. I instructed David Roak to find someone else to pull boat. After 2 years of delays and excuses as it stands to date David Roak got me for approximately $40,000 and I heard at the tire shop my property is on his property.
(I just noticed - stinking Ted has a big o'l Blunt in each hand!)
Ted provides this receipt.
Ted gives me these receipts while I'm drawing plans at my drafting table and later after a glance -- I file them away in the cabinet.
Unknown to me at the time, Ted had provided me with decals reflecting the boats to be registered in his name.
I didn't find out until the owner of the finance company where my houseboat is financed called me and asked me if I sold the boat. "No I haven't sold the boat. What are you talking about?" He then informed me it was registered to Ted Townsend. I told him I would look into it and find out.

He was parking it at Long Hollow Park while out working to free the boat. Bradford always leave his annual park pass on the dash in front of the steering wheel. He had been out at the boat 2 or 3 days and nights when he boated over to the park in his stripped down pontoon -- the car was gone.
.
And he had burned up all the gas he had using his generators. The pontoon boat ran out on the way over and he had to paddle in the last 100 ft. Now no car and no gas to get back to the boat. He's always got a parachute hammock close by so he hung it between two trees in the park hopped in and called the police.
He had left it down in the boat parking area. Normally, he always parked it above where he's supposed to but got lazy or tired probably or maybe because - there was a couple of boats waiting on him to clear the ramp so he left the car parked below. So he slept in that hammock right at the end of the parking lot where the stairs go up to the upper parking lot.
He explained to Bradford the great lengths that he went through to find out who was in possession of the car. That the registered owner could not be reached. That Shirley Bradford, Bradford's mother, was listed as having an insurance policy on the car. Makes perfect sense since Bradford purchased the car for her. That the driver of the car had been stopped in the car and ticketed for traffic violations, suspended driving license and the officer allowed a licensed driver to come and drive the car. But they didn't have a name for the driver. After contacting the officer who issued the tickets he found that the person in possession of the car two days prior was Richard Bradford. The guy is sharp as a tac.
So as he explained to Bradford and recorded in his police report. He decided that he would wait until his shift the following day and examine the car to see if he could figure out who was in possession of the car. This -- after just finding out who was in possession of the car.
It is the above statement and this officers subsequent actions that has resulted in my instinctively raising an eyebrow.
He writes an entire page of courses and training he has has taken, classes he has completed at Lanier Tech, and he ends the biography by stating that he quote: "patrols, investigates criminal activity and enforces traffic violations which lead to illegal narcotics arrests." So at 2:00 in the morning he has already examined the car, noted that he got the VIN number off of the dash panel on the drivers side so he had to see the annual park pass card Bradford left beside the VIN number which should also confirm that Bradford is in possession of the car. So he goes back to the park and notes that the car is still there at 7:00 pm and it was at this time that he found Bradford to be in possession of the car two days prior and we know he has the birthdates of both Bradford and his mother. Given the fact that Bradford left a valid Park pass with his name and address on it and knowing the officer had to see it when he got the VIN number. Sharp guy like this should be able to deduce it was Bradford in possession of the car and not his 84 year old mother up at Lake Lanier galivanting round in the middle of the night ---
The officer has confirmed that Bradford is in possession of the car during the day. However he next writes in his report quote: I went back to the vehicle shortly after 2300 hrs to see if I could find any evidence of who may be in possession of the vehicle. So he goes back at 3:00 in the morning. (Good thing he wrote that in his report because I doubt anyone would be around to see him at that hour) He writes that he shined his flashlight inside the car and made a point to say that he did so from the outside and low and behold first thing that beam of light hit was a clear bag of narcotics in the back floorboard behind the drivers seat. Hot damn, I think we just ruled out Bradfords 84 year old mother of being in possession of the car.
It stinks. It stinks to high heaven.
Ryan Lock, while arresting Bradford so he could steal his houseboat kept dropping snide remarks with a smirk in mentioning Long Hollow Park.
When the officer called Bradford that morning he had obviously not written the report yet because he told Bradford that he spotted the drugs in-between the drivers seat and the center console. Bradford questioned him thoroughly about the location of the drugs having him confirm the exact location several times. After doing so. Bradford said to him. You didn't find any drugs in that car and I'll tell you how I know. The ideal spot you have chosen beside the driver in-between the seat and console. You cannot get a bag of drugs like you described to fit in there. I can't even get a file with one sheet of paper in there. You are not telling the truth. Now, do I need to come turn myself in. He said they were not charging Bradford because they didn't find him in the car with the drugs.
Yea Right.
Then when he writes his report the drugs were in the back floorboard behind the drivers seat.
He tells a lie in his affidavit for a warrant stating quote: " A Police to Police inquiry shows Bradford to have consistent drug arrests for the past several years."
Again, this stinks to high heaven.
Ryan Locke has effectuated a false arrest of Bradford so he can steal Bradfords houseboat and he calls Ted Townsend to come get the boat and stash it at Aqualand Marina where they have had a slip ready and waiting with the boat already insured in Teds name. (Here we have the premeditated element out of the way.) It took Bradford about 13 days to find the boat. When Bradford went to Teds Home at 8915 Pine Tree Circle Gainesville Ga. 30506. Ted would not come to the door. Bradford could hear him moving around inside but he would not come to the door.
Ted will not show his face, will not answer the phone and will not answer texts. Ted Townsend has nailed NO TRESPASSING signs all over the face of his house. Then, Ted sends Bradford a text that reads as follows:
Mr. Bradford,
I apologize but I've been really busy lately and I can't talk so I'm texting you. I received your message and all of your belongings / property has been taken off the boat and is at Browns Bridge Auto and Marine in Gainesville Georgia. It was put on a trailer that is covered with a tarp so your things are staying dry. Your property will be in that location and you will be required to pick it up after receiving this message in 72 hrs. After that it will be disposed of. I believe that you will need a truck a little bit bigger than a full size pickup truck. You will be required to pick up your belongings during normal business hours and remember you only have 72 hours to get your belongings from the time of receiving this message. This concludes any form of communication with me so do not contact me anymore.
Ted Townsend
He is a thief and Bradford continues to demand his boat and other property be returned. Ted sends another text:
"At this point sir you are harassing me. Do not contact me anymore. I repeat do not contact me anymore in any way shape or form."
Next, a detective from Forsyth County called Bradford and and said he was investigating a complaint that Bradford was stalking and harassing a Ted Townsend. Bradford replied Ha! Investigate this. Before I'm done with that thieving son of a bitch I'm gonna have a saddle strapped over his fat ass a bit in his mouth whipping and spurring his fat ass all the way to the front gate of Jackson State Prison.
The Detective agreed that Bradfords actions did not fall within the realm of the stalking statute.
Rather amazing that a criminal attempts to utilize the Court System to facilitate their crime.
Didn't work.
The Judge said to Bradford that they were there because of Ted Townsends allegations that Bradford has threatened his life and is stalking him
Bradford responded explaining to the Judge that Ted had stolen his houseboat, and all of his belongings onboard, his business records, litigation records, everything, yes he had been riding him hard and he intended to continue doing so all the way to the front door of Jackson State Prison. No Mercy, No Quarter.
The Judge stared at Bradford for a long time after he made the statement. Bradford met the gaze.
Ted then testified that Ryan Locke called him and told him where the houseboat was at. That Bradford always had a boat full of hookers and drugs and they were tired of it to come and get the boat. That Ryan Locke said for him to not board the boat until he got there so when Ted got a visual on the boat to stop and call him and wait till Locke got there. Ted followed the instructions and when Locke got there he instructed Ted to get the boat.
Ted further testified that when he removed Bradfords property he found drugs. Two bags of heroin. And that he turned it in to the DNR.
(That's a total of three accusations of Bradford possessing drugs with no arrest. One thing you can count on. Its a good thing the transmission went out in Bradford's pick up truck 2 days later because you can take it to the bank that when he was spotted on the road again he would have been pulled over and don't you know they would have found some drugs then. By god they would have found some them then.)
The Judge, my compliment to the Judge, she then reprimanded Ted for taking Bradfords statements in his written texts out of context. Then warned Bradford to remain within his boundaries and ended the hearing dismissing Ted's application.
Then on February 20 Bradford received in the mail a PRE - WARRANT HEARING ORDER dismissing yet another attempt to have Bradford locked up because Ted Townsend and Ryan Locke stole his houseboat and they need to get Bradford out of the picture because he has got his spurs sharpened and his saddle soaped up ready to strap it over their asses and ride-em all the way to Jackson.
Ol Ted feels that noose getting tighter and tighter - panicking - doing stupid stuff like going back to the same court where he's already been denied and trying to get a warrant again.
Yea -- I'm coming big boy I'm coming.
I'm about to post the real proof of ownership documentation. I think that will about do it -- don't you Teddy Boy -- what you gonna do then Teddy Boy? You could always become Thunderstruck -- Something to think about -- Got just a couple other things to get up first like that long list of the items you have stolen etc.
