There the Son of a Bitch is! Basking on my Houseboat as my guest three weeks after having stolen the document he and Ryan Locke utilized to steal my boat three years later.

I Got News For Them --

For the Record, on this day Ted had called me on the phone while I was out cruising in my Pontoon Boat and invited himself over. I returned there after he arrived as he lives within walking distance. I was pulling in to park and could smell the marijuana. I was reprimanding him for sitting on my boat at the marina smoking his dope. That's why he has his hands spread as he does while I reprimand him.  

 Game Warden Ryan Locke, Badge Number 165 conspired with Ted Townsend to steal Richard Bradfords Houseboat and did in fact steal Richard Bradfords Houseboat after first in preparation to execute the theft insured the houseboat in Ted Townsends name, leased a slip for the houseboat at Aqualand Marina and then lay and waited to catch Richard Bradford on the water so that Ryan Locke could under color of law arrest Bradford in Order to Prevent Bradford from Killing them both for that's exactly what Bradford would have done had he been aware of what was going on. Killed them both dead. 

   However, Bradford had just stocked the boat with a substantial supply of groceries and then boated across the lake on his pontoon boat more than a mile to Mountain View Park where his truck was parked. It was a slow go as he used his 4 hp. Mercury to do so. As he approached he could see two Hall County Sheriffs cars beside his truck. So Bradford was watching closely to see what was going on. Hall County's attention was on a Toyota parked beside his truck. No one observed Bradford approach as the 4 Hp. Mercury was slow and quiet so Bradford proceeded to go on around and park the pontoon and unload his gas cans as he needed gas for his generators. And, as every evening, he was going to his 84 year old mothers who is in failing health and stay with her until after he put her to bed. When he was loading the gas cans into his pickup someone shouted: "Hey what's your name" Bradford replied: "My name is Bradford" It was Ryan Locke who then replied " You remember me? Bradford responded "As a matter of fact I do" Locke then said " How did you get here where's your boat at?" Bradford said ""Its over there beyond that embankment." Locke says "Lets go look at it I want to go check it out" At the boat Locke asks Bradford if he has everything he is supposed to and Bradford pointed out the registration on the center console, the fire extinguisher, horn, life jackets, flotation device. Grabbed more items from the boat and headed back to his truck where Locke

placed him under arrest for no registration. Bradford said you just ran the registration and Locke said with a sneer, " I couldn't read one of the numbers. " Bradford remained calm, never disrespectful, in fact, attempted for quite some time to talk reason to Locke. Stating to Locke that doesn't this seem a bit over kill. What purpose is it going to serve? You know I'm going to bond straight out. Just tell me what you want me to do as far as compliance and rest assured I will comply but this is truly going to upset my mom when I don't show up unexplained to the degree it will affect her wellbeing. It's not necessary. Ryan Locke then asked Bradford: "You remember what I told you when I was cuffing you last time I locked you up?" 

Bradford said " Yes, You said that if I have to come back out here I'm coming down hard on ya Boy"

Ryan Lock said: "There you go"

Ryan Locke then asked Bradford where his houseboat was at and Bradford told him the exact location a little over a mile away. Bradford was then taken to jail.

Here this Ryan Locke you Son of a Bitch Show Me Your Worst - I'm Coming for You Now. 

Having made a False Arrest Under Color of Law and sending Bradford to jail effectively getting Bradford safely out of the way -- The Brave Idiot Ryan Locke may now execute the remainder of his and Teds Plan -- and so he goes out to Bradfords houseboat and takes custody of the boat ( common sense tells us you cannot give a boat to someone else unless you have custody of the boat.) So he takes custody of Bradfords houseboat. He then calls Ted Townsend and tells Ted where the boat is at and tells Ted to come and get it. He tells Ted that when he got a visual on the boat to stop there call him, and wait until he returns. Ted did so, Got a visual on the boat, called Locke and informed him that he had a visual. Waited on Lock to arrive and when Locke arrived, he looked around for a while and then instructed Ted to take the boat and go. 

Ted did so. Ted Townsend and Ryan Locke then concealed the fact that they had taken the boat. Ryan Locke still to this day denies having anything to do with Ted obtaining the boat. That's ok we are about to get that right here in a minute. I have complained to the Sargent over Ryan Locke. He explained to me in our first conversation that he was new and would have to look into it. His attitude had definitely changed when he got back to me. Additionally, he warned me to be very careful that if I said anything that was not true and he could prove it he would prosecute me. Well Sarge, I am going to carefully inform you not to worry about me. I will not rest until that thieving son of a bitch Ryan Locke is in Prison -- don't you worry sir - I know how to shake this tree and shake it I will. I suspect your tune will soon change after this noose gets a little tighter round Locke's neck and then you start worrying about your own hide -- that's when that integrity makes a showing all of a sudden and you start telling what you know -- but in actuality you'll only be protecting your own career at that point.

O.C.G.A. 27-1-20 ADDITIONAL POWERS OF GAME WARDENS  (a) 8 reads in pertinent part that Game wardens have the power  to seize as evidence, without warrant any device OTHER THAN A BOAT when they have cause to believe that its possession or use is in violation of any of the laws dealing with wild life.

Ryan Locke doesn't have the power to take my boat into custody -- but he did! 

What reason did Ryan Locke have to go to my houseboat over a mile away by water after arresting me in a park for nothing?

Again, what reason could Ryan Locke Possibly have to travel across the lake by water after having arrested me in Mountain View Park where I arrived there by pontoon boat?

Ryan Locke has some tough questions to answer.
