18. Exculpatory evidence

Exculpatory evidence is any evidence that might exonerate the defendant. Defense teams often present exculpatory evidence to juries to introduce reasonable doubt or to justify or excuse a defendant's actions. The Brady Rule, first introduced in 1963, establishes that prosecutors have a responsibility by law to disclose any exculpatory evidence they find to the Court. Here, the State was in possession of FORINSIC EVIDENCE, CORROBORATING EVIDENCE, AND EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE none of which Christopher Dubberly had an opportunity to benefit from.

This Case demonstrates how even our most basic routines subject We the People to predatory officers of the Court who pounce apon defenseless mothers as did Officer Brett Collins Smyly #517 and Sgt. C Wall #508 While this mother was in the throws of seizure and Falsify a Police Report in order to do so!

This Young lady left her home with her pre-school daughter to simply drop her off at school approximately one mile from her home. She dropped the child off and turned round to go home. On the way she could tell that she would soon have a seizure and rather than risk attempting to make it home she made the responsible decision to pull off the roadway and park the car. Moments later she began to seize.

Officer Brett Smyly # 517 Demonstrates that You the People and your most basic rights protected by the United States and Georgia Constitutions can be Damned. He's going to do what he want's to do:

This car was responsibly and safely parked on the side of the roadway by a young lady who could tell she was about to have a seizure. And, again, rather than attempting to make it the rest of the way home as so many of us would. She made the conscious decision to be safe and stop. Even though she could see her residence just down the road.

She quickly assessed the pro's and con's in her mind and thought it best to stop -- but she didn't think about O'll Smyly--Officer Smyly who has taken an oath as an Officer of the Court to protect and uphold both the United States and Georgia Constitutions under color of law deprived this young lady of her rights, constitutional rights both United States and Georgia, and even though this young lady was thinking about no one specific but thinking about the public in general in that "she should pull over here so she doesn't hurt anyone" O'll Smyly went on to deprive her and violate her of her basic civil rights as well as he did not call a female officer as is protocol after he effectuated a false arrest of this lady and he took his Liberties there. He violated this woman in so many ways. This, I can tell you, it's time he quit smiling - I will now demonstrate to We the People how and what acts this Officer of our Court committed.
